An elegant large framed set of Antique Grand Tour plaster intaglios dating from the 18th and 19th Century.
Intricately detailed, they include portrait cameos, commemorative medallions and intaglios of mythological scenes, from ancient Greece and Rome, and finished in basalt black, with an aged appearance, and on a papirus backing.
Set within a large glazed black frame and white mottled border, with easy hanger to the rear.
These framed intaglio collections are created by Sculptured arts artist's, whilst inbetween our main projects, so they are made in very limited numbers each year, each is made to be unique by making each one defferent in some way.
